The ABBOTT PRISM Director is designed to complement the ABBOTT PRISM system and ABBOTT PRISMnEXT system.
The ABBOTT PRISM Director provides a central location to obtain ABBOTT PRISM and ABBOTT PRISMnEXT reports, maintains a repository for report and event logs, while collecting and tracking assay results for each sample tested.

Users with multiple ABBOTT PRISM systems will find the PRISM Director especially useful, as it collects and stores batch and sample data for up to 8 ABBOTT PRISM systems or ABBOTT PRISMnEXT systems. You can transfer batch data and group results to files on a local shared network drive, and resend batches to the host computer while processing samples
The ABBOTT PRISM Director provides active reporting while the ABBOTT PRISM or ABBOTT PRISMnEXT are processing samples. ABBOTT PRISM Director has a variety of reports integrated into its menu offering. It also allows the user to generate customized reports to meet each individual lab’s needs.
The ABBOTT PRISMnEXT enhances process automation and cGMP compliance and offers a comprehensive menu of blood screening assays.
